| Why have a site manager? |
| Any large event build requires detailed co-ordination and planning. Attention to detail throughout is essential to ensure a problem free build leads to a smooth, seamless event. |
| Site Managers are experienced in the actual event build and will carry out risk assessments, co-ordinate the various contractors and their staff, vet site visitors and plan security access and exit to and from the site. Your site manager will also liaise with local police if necessary.
